Home Maintenance, gardening and grounds, part-time 20-30 hours/wk.
(Work-times are somewhat flexible to your schedule)
Assistant needed for maintenance and grounds work at three private homes on West and X-west side.
You will work with an experienced re-modeler.
Should be familiar with use of basic hand-tools.
Should have transportation and a working phone.
Pay to be negotiable based on skill and productivity.
Duties will be split between maintaining gardens/landscaping and home repair & maintenance.
May start this week.
