Pied ball python needs help

I have a pied ball python that I bought from a lady in Tucson. Ever sense I got him he has no interest in eating at all and has a bad corkscrew. He may be a spider pied. I don't want him to die and do not have the money to get him the care he needs. He is free to anyone that could take care of him or get him the help he needs. He will drink but has no interest in rats of any size. Also won't shed or even attempt to. I have to help him ever time and getting it off his head is very difficult.
