Chase has had a dislocated bone in his foot for about two months and the vet wanted him to have his surgery within that same week of it being dislocated but unfortunately me myself have been out of work since April.. I could barely pay for him to come home but I paid my rent to keep from having to surrender my kids puppy.. Im not asking for any hand outs I am just asking for help does anyone help pay some of surgery cost in animals. The surgery he needs is going to be three thousand dollars.
