His primary areas of focus are real estate law and estate planning, but has extensive experience in contracts, landlord tenant law, corporate startups, probate, personal injury claims and municipal court practice. In 2017, in an effort to better accommodate real estate clients, he obtained a real estate brokers license and opened a small brokerage firm named Pendleton Realty, LLC, which he maintains along with his wife, Karen Pendleton Potocnik.
