Up and Coming young and vibrant videography production seeking shooters, editors, and assistants. This is gig based. You are: - a student/just starting up or seeking a community to grow with - an Adobe video editor - Sony shooter (preferred) - Are not entitled in pay. (Just because you got that one gig that paid top dollar, you think you're worth that all the time, but you've never gotten a top dollar gig since then. Check your pride) - Have your own gear (camera w/ zoom lens and fast lens, audio, tripod, monopod, gimbal preferred) - Have a drone and/or are interested in drone videography - Live an active life style (Can run, climb, swim. Need to be ready for any kind of adventure in filming/practice) - Enjoy party lifestyles (events, clubs, etc) - Interested in weddings, club events, raves, bdays, quinces, corporate shoots, etc. - East + South Bay Area preferred (South Bay based, in person meetings will be a thing) - Have your own video gigs/jobs going for yourself or have a day job. (Once again, this is not a means of primary income, more so a group to get some paid gigs with along with keeping the hustle going) - Have a reliable form of transportation (a car) - Know how to dress appropriately for the occasion (dress up when it's professional, dress the part when it's a party) - Are confident in your skin. - Are a people person. You understand customer service and being social. KEEP YOUR INSECURITIES AT HOME AND/OR GET OVER IT. We work together, we lift each other, and we ain't got time for drama or soloist. If it's your gig, I/the team helps you, if it's my gig, you/the team helps me. Overall when we work together, we represent a team/each other. Videographers can work together and grow together instead of constantly doing it alone. Don't be a weasel. I've met too many and know when you're trying to simply bum gigs and other resources to try to focus on your own growth. This ain't the group for you if you're simply trying to work on your own individual shine. Figure out your trauma and grow up. There's those of us who love film making and want to work with a healthy community that's not all about the money and being on a pedestal. WE HERE TO MAKE THAT MONEY, RESPECT EACH OTHER, HAVE A GOOD TIME, AND OVERALL GROW. This is for some extra side work and assistance with passion work until things get bigger. Pay starts at: -Intern no pay(simply to learn) to $15/hr for assistants (willing to train) -starts $25/hr for 2nd shooter (must have experience with filming and editing) Will only consider you if you do the following: Respond with brief responses: -Camera, lens, tripod/gimbal, audio, lights, and experience -Social Media Handle: IG, Youtube, Vimeo -Samples of your work -Reason why your interested in joining this team -Applying for Assistant/Intern or 2nd Videographer/Editor Best of luck!
