WAUKESHA, WI — A convicted sex offender was released from prison Sunday. Kelly Woodall, 52, was convicted of fourth-degree sexual assault of a child in 2002 and repeated sexual assault of the same child in 2002. Woodall is registered for life on a sex offender registry. He is currently listed as homeless. Under the conditions of his release, he is to have no unsupervised contact with minors; cannot visit taverns, bars or liquor stores; cannot contact his victims; cannot obtain employment or volunteer with minors; and cannot purchase, possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs. He is also prohibited from living within City of Waukesha Child Safety Zones, must comply with sex offender rules and will be on lifetime GPS monitoring.
