Simba was chased by a dog and is probably hiding and scared. He is a rescue cat, super shy and won't come to someone he doesn't know. He is 7 years old, micro chipped but no collar and a little chunky. We live on Mabel Ave. near Santa Maria, and he could have crossed over to Somerset through our neighbor's back yard.
