Mother Cat and Kittens

Could someone help please. I took in a stray cat that I didn't know she was pregnant. She was in a bad way. She couldn't handle the dogs so she stayed in the upstairs and that's where she gave birth. She wouldn't let me near the kittens and when I approach they run. I can pet them when they're eating or drinking water. They have to go. There's four kittens I would say about 8 weeks? and tame them. Their mother is very nice. I have my own pets and can't have these also. Please if anyone has a farm or something that could help I appreciate it. I can't drive. Thank you.
