Description

Join us for an incredible opportunity to learn how to perfect your pitch from one of the region’s best communication coaches. About the event: Perfecting your pitch is essential for every entrepreneur. In this workshop, we’ll go through the pitch process from start to finish. Beginning with understanding the importance of the pitch, your purpose and when to use it, you'll then learn how to create a compelling pitch by identifying your objective and context, identifying why the investor or customer needs what you’re offering, communicating your unique selling point, and knowing your goals for a successful outcome. You’ll discover the best practices for connecting with your audience, preparing your narrative, and practicing your delivery. We'll practice observing unspoken tells and body language that can help us know when to pivot if our approach isn’t landing. In this course you will: • Understand the psychology of pitching and presentations and learn the importance of hooking the audience or individual. • Develop a structured framework for preparing your pitch. • Review and discuss different opportunities to use the long form and elevator pitch. • Incorporate and practice simple to follow rules for delivering effective pitches. • Be ready to pitch under any circumstance that may arise. This event will be held at Fairlane Station in Springdale, at 108 Graham St, Springdale, AR 72764.
