Hey Mom's and Dad's, I'm a wholesome, conservative minded, experienced Waldorf Teacher (20+ yrs.) I specialize in early childhood education and live in Cotati. I'm seeking a group of families and a great setting to create a Play-care pod! Seeking 3, 4 & 5 yr. old children 9:00-1:00pm Mon-Thurs beginning in September. A setting where no jab is required & no mask ever on any child! Just kids being kids as they should be! Imaginative play, storytelling and song are the main focus. Perhaps you have a perfect home or out building and yard for kiddos to come play? Perhaps you know those who do and other interested families? Please reach out and let's discuss the possibilities! I'm open to a short commute to Petaluma or Sebastopol or other not too far regions. I'd dearly love a farm setting to grow a children's garden and enjoy animals. The Waldorf method is non-political, and free from indoctrination of any kind. It's all about PLAY and based on a foundation of Truth, Beauty & Goodness. At this young age basic self-care skills and autonomy are reinforced, as is learning to do for one's self in every area. Friendship skills such as composure, sharing, kind words and fine manners and tone are modeled and emphasized. Age appropriate gross and fine motor skills and circle games are introduced and all through the lens of PLAY. Children are empowered with simple tasks and responsibilities as they grow more capable, emboldening them with a sense of contribution to the group! If this appeals to you, let's talk!
