MANCHESTER, CT — The owner of a Glastonbury-based Tattoo Studio that closed during the coronavirus pandemic is making a comeback, this time in Manchester.
Seven Ravens Tattoo LLC has submitted an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a use variance to allow a tattoo studio at 642 Hilliard St. in Manchester, planning officials said Tuesday morning.
Seven Ravens owner Erica Hulme said she is looking forward to setting up shop at the renovated building.
"It's time," she told Patch Tuesday. "I haven't been working, so I'm excited to start again."
Seven Ravens had been based in Glastonbury, but Hulme said the pandemic forced her to close up shop.
"I also had a baby right before the pandemic," she said.
So with mom, baby and business ready for the next step the application is in. If approved through the local regulatory process, Seven Ravens would occupy suite 2109 at the building.
