PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — County resident Sarah Horne turned 99 last month. The Prince George's County Police Department threw her a party fit for the occasion. About 20 officers celebrated Horne outside the Metropolitan Baptist Church in Largo. Officer Rosario baked her a cake. It was all smiles for the birthday girl, who wore a T-shirt reading "Blessed & celebrating 99 years." "We could not let the weekend go by without wishing Ms. Sarah Horne a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY," the department tweeted on June 28. "We had to give her the biggest PGPD celebration."
