Join The Corner Spot to beautify MLK Jr. Blvd., Lansing, MI Join The Corner Spot in our partnership with the Michigan Adopt-A-Highway® Program. As a form of artistic expression, we will beautify our community by cleaning up the "main drag" in the City of Lansing, Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Through this event, we will collaborate with individuals and local entities to CLEAN UP our city, both literally and figuratively, by tangibly increasing RESPECT for our community and for one another. We live, work and play here in Lansing, join us as we CLEAN UP and increase our collective Social and Environmental Responsibility Awareness throughout the Lansing community through this and other environmental initiatives. FREE TO PARTICIPATE - DONATIONS ACCEPTED. Financial donations support "Kids-Corner", art for the youth, and the general operations of The Corner Spot. All other donations support the specific event as designated. Gloves, masks, trash bags and safety vests will be provided for all volunteers. Following the CLEAN UP, a "thank you" brunch will be provided for all volunteers.
