Warehouse Order Picker position

CBC Moving has an immediate opening for a full time General Warehouse/Order Picker position. Responsibilities: • Unloads and loads and trucks; assist drivers when needed. • Pulls/stages orders accurately (checking for correct product name and number) and safely in preparation for prompt shipment and verifies and receives incoming shipments. • Preforms daily operations and safety check on equipment prior to using each morning. • Forklift knowledge, but not required. • Quick learner and self-motivated. • Organizes products in warehouse, making sure multiple piece orders are paired together. • May assist drivers with loading. • Able to work on hand held scanner device. • Performs packaging and labeling duties. • General maintenance and housekeeping in the warehouse and facility grounds. • Open, inspect, take photos of furniture, as needed. • Must comply with all company safety, security and quality. • Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management. Qualifications: • General knowledge of warehouse procedures. • Must be dependable, reliable and mature enough to handle equipment. • Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks. • Positive attitude. • Ability to lift at least 50lbs. • Must be detail-oriented and accurate with paperwork. • Must have good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills.
