The Hearthstone is a retirement community located across the street from beautiful Green Lake and the park. We have a large facility requiring a variety of preventative and reconstructive maintenance procedures to keep the physical plant operating for both the comfort and safety of the residents. This requires someone with a working knowledge of the building systems. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 3 years work experience in building maintenance. Ability to understand or learn related computer processes. Boiler license and knowledge a plus.
