ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police said three Annapolis businesses failed an alcohol compliance check on June 15. These facilities each got an Alcohol Beverage Control Infraction Citation, a press release added. Officers reported that they cited these establishments, charging them with serving alcohol to a minor:

Officials hoped the project would prevent or reduce underage drinking, youth binge drinking and/or alcohol-related crashes.
