I'm looking for a reliable individual to help me finish remodeling a property in Miami/Wynwood area. Requirements: Must have a working cellphone Must have transportation to and from job-site Must be able to receive payment through zelle ($12-$15) Must have a clean background (no felonies or theft) will be checked Must have some experience in the field (paint, drywall, flooring, door install) If all requirements are met, contact me through email only please. I'm looking to create a strong crew to tackle properties fast and efficient as workload is only increasing. Pay depends on experience. Own tools are a plus but most if not all tools are already on site.
