LEGENDS APPAREL is a Full Service In House Print Company; From Business Forms, Full Color Banners, Screen Printed and Embroidered Apparel.
We are looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Manager:
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
* Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with
shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
* Distribute orders to the correct department for production once checked in.
* Pull and Maintain stock items including keeping track of inventory.
*Keep track of Back Orders.
*Prepare items for shipment and determine the method of shipment. We use UPS World Ship.
* Work with team members to troubleshoot any possible issues.
* The candidate must be effective in prioritization of responsibilities.
* Must work closely on reaching deadlines correctly.
* Must maintain a high level of communication.
*Must be able to work full time hours
* May operate a fork lift or use a hand truck to move or hoist shipments from the shipping and receiving area to the storage or work area.
* Help out with any other department on down time.
* All of these duties are to be done daily and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications to include:
* Can lift 50 to 75lbs
* Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
* EXTREMELY detail oriented, flexible, multi-task oriented and receptive to changes.
* Ability to troubleshoot
Position is 8 hours a day. Monday - Friday
7:30 am to 4:30 pm
