We are a franchise of Jan-Pro of West Sacramento, CA looking for cleaners to service single ormultiple facilities and offices. We are seeking Commercial Cleaners to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our customers. Part time positions available. Responsibilities Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition by following our customers agreed to scope of work Work independently or as a team player Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications: · Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields a plus, but not required · We are willing to train the right individuals · Ability to handle physical workload · Strong attention to detail · Strong organizational skills · Strong work ethic · Reliable and Dependable · Reliable Transportation Related keywords: janitorial, janitor, custodian, cleaning Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour *****PAID MONTHLY***** Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Holidays Night shift Weekend availability Experience: Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations Work Remotely: No
