Part-time job, perfect for supplementing income. Responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the care of grasses and plants; also responsible for a variety of maintenance/handyman duties, including but not limited to: Mows lawns weekly during warm months Cleans landscaping tools after use Trims bushes to maintain neat appearance Waters plants daily or as needed Weeds flowerbeds weekly or more often as needed Shovel snow, salts icy walkways as needed Light plumbing and electrical tasks Change lightbulbs/locks Install/repair appliances Exterior/interior painting, caulking, drywall repair Lift up to 50 pounds Perform pressure washing, blow parking lots/courtyards Pick up trash on property grounds Help setting up/breaking down for events
