Need to rehome 1 year old European short hair cat

Looking to find my sweet cat Teddy a new home immediately as we can no longer keep him. He turned one this past February. Is current on his vaccinations. Teddy is a very shy cat - and it takes him some time to be affectionate. I have not had him around other animals for more than 24 hours / not sure how he would do with younger kids but mine are 14 and 11 / he does really well with them. Teddy will be sent to his new home with a cat carrier, ceramic food and water bowls, food and any litter we have left over. I am happy to include his litter box if needed as well as any toys and his small tower. I will also provide you his medial records that I have on him. He is mircochipped and neutered. Asking a small rehoming fee if $50.
