ST. LOUIS PARK, MN — Radisson Hotel Group Americas has signed a 36,000 square-foot lease at the 10 West End building in St. Louis Park. The hotel group will move from its Minnetonka headquarters to St. Louis Park in January 2022. The 10 West End building, which was built by Ryan Companies, was completed in January of 2021. "Radisson Hotel Group Americas is an incredible Minnesota-based hotel company and their long-term commitment to 10 West End further reinforces the demand for high quality suburban office space in the I-394 corridor," said Tony Barranco, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at Ryan Companies, in a news release. "I am excited to continue this momentum through the remainder of 2021." Radisson Hotel Group Americas oversees the Radisson hotel chain in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
