Press release from the City of Mission Viejo: July 6, 2021 Construction is underway at the MorningStar Senior Assisted Living project at 28570 Marguerite Parkway (near Avery Parkway).  The construction crew is working on the building foundation and site retaining walls.  Once complete, the 166,000-square-foot, three-story building plus below-grade parking will house 132 living units including 102 assisted living and 30 congregate-care units.  The project is expected to be completed in late 2022 or early 2023.  This press release was produced by the City of Mission Viejo.
