Needed clothes and food

My friend is stranded in Grants Pass Oregon. She's from Boise Idaho and is learning how cruel the world really is. She hasn't been many places so she's pretty nieve and scared. She needs clothes because all hers was stolen. She's a size 10. She also needs shoes or saddles size 8-8 1/2. She needs food and is too shy to ask for anything but she needs to eat. If anyone can help please let me know and I'll find a way to tell you where she is. Tia
