Press release from the City of Royal Oak: July 7, 2021 Chief Corrigan O'Donohue would like to thank the more than 1300 individuals who took the Downtown Parking survey. Of those individuals, more than 100 people agreed to be a part of a focus group on a parking system the Royal Oak Police Department is considering. On Jan. 5, 2021, Chief O'Donohue gave a presentation on the results of the downtown parking survey and presented a system called the Sentry Meter / Kiosk Platform.
