Press release from Beverly Hills Unified School District: July 6, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of Beverly Hills Unified School District, at the District's board meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on July 13, 2021 will consider seeking a waiver from the State Board of Education of the competitive bidding procedures set forth in Education Code section 17466 et seq. for the potential lease of District's parking lot property located next to the District's Beverly Vista Middle School property. The District's Board invites public testimony regarding this matter. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be held virtually.
