Mott Community College is currently working with a local manufacturing company to recruit more than 50 entry-level production workers!

Here is the basics about the positions:
These positions offer a very competitive base wage with added incentives of paid training and attendance bonuses. These are direct hire positions, however, there is a 90-day probationary period before employees are considered full-time.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing orders in accordance with standardized work instructions Pack parts in boxes using internal dunnage according to standardized work instructions and specifications Inspecting for part quality Ensuring a high quality of finished goods Electronic inventory adjustments Understand when to send a pallet to sortation Know how to read job instructions Understand all label requirements Education, Skills, and Experience
HS Diploma or Equivalent Basic automotive knowledge required Basic math skills Team player Detail and quality-oriented Able to lift 40lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time Criminal History Policy - candidates with criminal history records in the following areas will not be eligible for employment...
1st/2nd-degree felonies CSC felonies Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. Marijuana will not be screened for.
