WORCESTER, MA — Two 15-year-olds were arrested and charged Tuesday night after a shooting in the Vernon Hill area, according to police. Officers went to near Vernon and View streets around 8 p.m. on a report of a Jeep and two mopeds exchanging gunfire. When officers arrived, they saw two people speeding on a moped toward the Kelley Square area. Later, another officer saw the two teens along Green Street, and approached to talk to them. Both ran away, and one threw a fanny pack over a fence, police said. When police caught up to the two teens, they found one wearing a fanny pack with a gun inside.
