San Clemente: (need ASAP) *install closet doors/ sliders, one will need demo and new plaster work *install TV, stand and screws are there *fix sprinkler electrical issue *some install of Faucets/ minor plumbing. Orange: (On going "flip") *repair existing gate, repair some fence * install interior door hinges and handles *remove debris in the garage. *install kitchen (you do this, I have many more0 *install vanity *install mirrors (cash pay $200) (This in NOT urgent, this weekend works.) *connect existing cook top *two vanity mirrors installed. *complete a few knobs; two door knobs, a few closet door handles *misc. items maybe missed ($250 per day) NOTE: I am not a homeowner, these are flips and I know going wages.
