Found White Cat in Middle Creek

This cat came into our yard on Monday. I have posted info on Nextdoor with no response from the owner. It is microchipped but the number attached to it is disconnected. According to the microchip it was implanted back in 2012 so that would make this cat around 9 years old. The cat is very friendly and is declawed so I think it was an inside cat. I have 2 cats so I can't take this one in. Also I think the cat is deaf so it would definitely need to be an inside cat. If anyone knows who this cat belongs to or would like to take the cat in please contact me. The next step is animal control and I really don't want to that. The no kill shelter will not accept this cat because it is consider a stray or abandoned.
