I am the sole proprietor and worker of a lawncare maintainance company. I pay cash at the end of the agreed upon shift, or at the end of each job if you are not able to commit to a full day. I am seeking individuals who have free days that they are willing to work all day long, once or twice a week on a few easy jobs, with breaks in between and the opportunity to move up as the company grows. I have all tools but if you have your own equipment and/or a truck, your opportunities will be greater, faster. I will not negotiate on pay, so if this doesn't work for you DO NOT CONTACT ME. Pay is $10/contracted hour for training on the first day, $15/contracted hour if you show up for a second day, and $20/contracted hour for leaders and dependable workers. Our jobs are bid by quoting the number of hours that it would take me to do the job alone. A standard initial service is 2 hours, and standard small maintenance job is quoted at 1 hour, so you would be paid for 2 or 1 contracted hour while you are there working with me. I will help you complete the work, but I am hiring because I need to be able to take 15 mins for phone calls randomly and you keep working. My number is (832)921-6460. This type of work will be best suited for college student or retired individuals, people on public assistance, etc. You will learn valuable skills and get great exercise while helping a new small business to grow. Once you commit to helping me, I will take on more jobs to ensure that you are able to work as much as you want. Bonus pay is usually given on each job.
