We are looking to acquire a self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking service provider / manager to our company. TYPICAL DUTIES: Clean, dust, and wipe furniture. Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors. Empty and clean wastebaskets, trash containers and cigarette urns. Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures. Refill restroom dispensers. Assist with the setup for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc. Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed. Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to utilize a wide array of custodial chemicals; general cleaning chemicals. Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time. Ability to Bend kneel, reach, and stoop. Ability to safely operate custodial equipment (vacuum, backpack vacuum, cardboard bailer). Ability to follow instructions. Human relations skills to build effective working relationships. REQUIREMENTS: Valid Driver License. Must speak English fluently. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must have a reliable transportation. Must have a mobile phone that receives calls/text messages. Must have prior experience cleaning residential, commercial or paid professionally to clean homes. JOB TYPE: Contractor Wages: $14-$ 25 An Hr or A contractor will get 30% - 40% of every bid EXPERIENCE: 2 years or more (Preferred) Job Type: Contract
