Roy & Paul Painting is a growing, Royal Oak based painting company providing our surrounding communities with interior, exterior and cabinet painting and repair services. We also hire quality sub-contractors who would like regular fill-in work. We are looking for experienced painters and team leaders who like to work hard and learn new skills in return for an excellent compensation package, advancement and year-round stability. Positions available include: - Team Leaders with the experience and the ability to manage and motivate a crew, knowledge of tools, materials, techniques and safety, and the ability to monitor, inspect and correct errors. - Experienced Painters, neat and conscientious, strong and energetic with good mask, mud, brush, roll, and spray experience, with the willingness and ability to move and climb ladders and work some Saturdays. - Sub-contractors with a minimum five years experience and tools including a van or truck (no sign on vehicle), drops, ladders, sprayer, and hand tools. You must be a registered business entity with a company bank account and your own insurance. To qualify you must have a valid Michigan drivers license, your own reliable transportation, and no felony convictions that would exclude you from being bonded. We conduct background checks.
