Job Functions • Completes daily task list to company specified standards • Responsible for light electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs experience preferred, but not required • Performs maintenance of all equipment, tools and machinery • Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance program • Maintains pool chemical balance, pool cleaning and maintenance • Reads electric meters • Completes minor landscaping projects including planting, pruning, trimming and weeding • Performs minor irrigation repairs • Waters plants and removes undesirable landscaping • Operates mechanical equipment including lawn mower, weedwacker, hedge trimmer and blower • Assists with events set-up • Assists with housekeeping and janitorial duties • Assists in cleaning RV pads • Completes painting projects as needed • Performs resort inspections • Must have friendly customer-service oriented demeanor Requirements • English communication skills • Must have a valid driver's license • Must be available on weekends, nights and on holidays • Satisfactory results of Pre-Employment Screenings required • Involves heavy lifting, digging and carrying equipment • Knowledge of operation of landscaping, electrical and mechanical hand tools • Has a working knowledge of plants, soils, pest and weed control • Work with minimum supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift
