Receive a $1,000. signing bonus to come work with us! We're hiring full-time and part-time guest service associates for our two stunning beachfront hotels! Check us out at www.beachterraceinn.com and www.beachviewlodge.com. We’re looking for a full time Public Areas Custodian to maintain the exterior public areas of our two small beachfront hotels. This person would be responsible for cleanliness of the lobbies, entryways/ramps, walkways, and parking lots at both hotels. Your primary schedule will be 6:00AM to 2:00PM daily with mid-week days off. Periodically, you would have to work nights to be able to scrub and buff the lobbies and bathroom floors. Lobby/Public Areas Custodian qualifications: minimum of 6 months of janitorial experience (prior hotel experience is preferred), must communicate effectively in English (ability to speak Spanish is a plus), previous floor maintenance experience and knowledge of floor care procedures, techniques, and supplies is required, ability to safely lift and carry 30 lbs and ability to multi-task and follow directions from supervisors.
