BATHROOM REMODELERS/ SHOWER INSTALLERS NEEDED***

Southern Premier is looking to add new crews to our installation team, A lead installer with a helper. We are contracted out from over 10+ major remodeling companies in the southeast to complete their 1 day acrylic shower transformations. We are looking for 6 new crew members to be a part of our team. We are looking for people with carpentry backgrounds with a bit of plumbing knowledge, you will be running new P traps and valves with every install. I am willing to teach THE RIGHT candidate how to do these jobs effectively and smoothly so everybody wins. ****MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE TO THE 1/16th**** This is a great opportunity for any high school graduates that would like to learn about interior remodeling or residential construction in general. We are requiring that crews have all types of basic hand tools, skill saw, sawzall, impact drill, etc. Anything out of the ordinary we will supply you with company tools. We would prefer if you have a trailer or van as well. IF YOU DONT HAVE A TRAILER OR VAN- if you are an honest, dedicated worker, own a truck that can tow, AND YOU PROVE YOURSELF to us over paid training on site of several installs, we will have extras that can be used under the company. Take care of us and we will take care of you. Pay is on a per job basis and this is a 1099 - standard basic jobs start out at 400 and go up from their based on the amount of work that needs to be done. After you prove yourself pay will go up. 99% OF THESE JOBS ONLY TAKE 1 DAY- 2 AT MOST. Jobs May include: Shower Remodel Vanity Install Flooring (Tongue and groove) Toilet Light Fixture Mirror Baseboard + QR ********PLEASE READ BELOW******* OUT OF TOWN WORK: Like I said in the beginning these companies are based all over the southeast, so a lot of the work are in the states neighboring Georgia. We send you and your helper to that city on a Sunday, hotel is paid for, per Diem is 40 per day, and youd have 4 or 5 jobs throughout the week then checkout and go home the following saturday. Gas is reimbursed on Paycheck. Great way to make some good money in a week. Work as much as you want. Day to Day for Lead Installer: 1. You will go to warehouse and pick up materials for jobs 2. Arrive at customers house between 8 and 9 3. Go over work order and make sure all your materials line up with what the customer wanted. 4. Helper can be shutting off water, setting up table, bringing tools inside etc. 5. Demo existing shower space, clean up, plumbing, set pan. (Goal is to have this done by 11:30) 6. Change out the valve with a new one, run your plywood and cut the acrylic walls and glue them up. 7. Install all fixtures, grab bars, seat, shower door, etc. 8. Silicone, Clean up, and go over everything and close up job with the customer 9. There is a dumpster at the warehouse to throw away all demo and scraps.
