2 month old chihuahua mix

Hello I have a 2 month old chihuahua mix. We are unaware of what his other mix part is. He is up to date on his shots. He is potty trained. He has a bit of a problem being in a cage. He does like to walk on a leash. He comes with whatever food I have left for him and a few toys and his food dish and harness and leash. He absolutely loves other dogs but loves cats even more. There is a rehoming fee of $600 for he is still very young and I payed more then that for him. If it's too high then let me know and we can work something out. Thank you so much
