Sportfishing boat looking for licensed operator and experienced crew

We are an open-party and chartered sportfishing boat out of Fisherman’s Landing in San Diego, CA. We are looking for licensed operators and experienced crew members for the 2021 Season. Our trips range in length from overnight - 3 days and we are currently on the schedule everyday until November. This is a fast-paced, hard working environment and the ideal candidate must have: • Fishing experience, know how to tie basic knots – uni-uni and San Diego Jam knot. Preferred but not required to have fileting skills. • Boating experience- expected to maintain the cleanliness of boat and basic knowledge of mechanics. • USCG 100 ton license preferred but not required. • Gaffing experience. • Strong work ethic and the ability to take instructions, complete tasks and apply constructive criticism. • Flexible schedule and the ability to work long hours. • Pre-employment drug screening.
