General Contractor looking to grow the crew. We specialize in residential renovations and are in need to add to the team to keep up with the booming demand. Basic things we are looking for: 1. MUST HAVE reliable transportation of your OWN in order to get to job sites 2. Knowledge in doing the work, can take direction, and willing to learn 3. Attention to detail, accuracy, and completing tasks in a timely manner ~ When quality jobs are completed properly and ON TIME, the happier the clients are and the more work we can acquire 4. A work ethic. ~ If you want the job, show up for the job, and do the job 5. Keeping job sites, tools, and equipment clean and orderly is key to maintaining safe and productive working environments 6. Speak and understand English. ~ This is not just for the Spanish speakers. Some English speakers have trouble with this one, too. We do our best to invest in our tools, our equipment, and most importantly our crew. We would like candidates that are looking to make this line of work a career, not just be a stop over to the next job opportunity. Things that you probably wanting to know about the position: 1. Pay will be based on experience. To start this will be a 1099 position, with a switch to payroll once the 90 day probationary period has ended. This gives us a chance to work with you and for you to work with us. 2. Proof of eligibility to work in the US and two (2) forms of ID required. 3. The areas we service regularly are Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, and Escondido. But we do handle other areas of San Diego County and Lower Orange County regions. 4. Hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday; depending on the job. RARELY will weekends or evenings be necessary. ~ As we are a family based company. A good, balanced work and home life is incredibly important and we do our best to respect that. 5.
