Good Day, Thank you for your interest with DGS / Unifi at the AUS Airport. We will be hosting a hiring event the July 8th between the hours of 9:00 & 11:00 & 1:00– 4:00 pm (On the hour ever hour). With a Max of 10 Applicants per Room. You may schedule or just show up. If you schedule you will be confirmed a spot in that hour, if you want to just show up that is fine, however you may have to wait till we have a spot for you to join. The Positions we will be hiring for are: Alaska Contract: Ramp Agents& Cabin Cleaning (Requires a valid Driver’s License) $15.50 – ($13.50 per Hour + $2 Hour Summer Wage Premium through September) Delta Contract: Cabin Agents (No Driver’s License required) $15.00 - ($11.00 per Hour + $4.00 Summer Wage Premium through September) - Only will hire if no Driver’s license or DUI preventing you from the driving position We are looking for Part-time 20-29 hours per week & Full-time employees 30-40 hours per week. – Flexible work scheduled We are also offering up to $1450.00 sign on bonus with this job. (This Bonus is paid out in Increments starting now trough out October based off of the length of employment and attendance). (Subjected to taxes) Requirements: You must be 18 years of age You must submit to a background check A Drug test must be taken within 48 hours of accepting the offer Airport finger printing and background will be ran for a SIDA badge that will be required to work at the airport Ramp Agents job function is working outside in the elements bringing in the aircraft and sending it out, unloading & loading aircraft with luggage, driving the equipment such as pushbacks, belt loaders, baggage carts etc. Sorting luggage to place on proper aircraft or deliver to passengers that arrive. You must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and up to 100lbs with assistance. Cleaning and searching of the aircraft will is also part of the position Cabin Agents are required to clean the aircraft on the turns and the last flight of the night are deep cleans and searching of the aircraft. Our first priority is the Safety of or employees, aircraft & passengers. Which is part of our training program & PPE we provide that is required for the job. We will provide your uniform; however, you must purchase safety toe shoes that is required on the Ramp. This will be needed by the first day of employment. At the Hire event you must provide your I9 ID for employment (list is attached) Original Documents that are not expired. Please bring your Cell phone Fully Charged as it will be needed if we process. The Background requires 7 years of your past residency so if you need to gather your addresses and dates for the last 7 years that will save you time in the processing.
