Local tree care company looking to hire a full time tree worker with 2-3 years tree trimming, tree removal experience. See job requirements below. Requirements: -Must be in appropriate physical condition to be able to productively work outdoors long hours in current hot weather or in the cold; it is VERY labor intensive work. -Able to lift/drag 50+ lbs. -Driver's license (experience driving stick shift/manual medium duty trucks preferred, CDL a plus) Duties: --Prepping vehicles for jobs, loading and unloading tools, gear and supplies --Performing maintenance on vehicles, equipment and chainsaws/blowers and other small engines --Dragging and loading brush/wood/logs to wood chipper or truck/trailer --Raking and cleanup of job sites during and after tree work is completed --Assisting other crew members with any other related duties as requested by Supervisor --Bucket Truck/aerolift/climbing experience (preferred but not required) Qualities we seek in candidate: -MODERATE to FAST paced worker. -Works well with others, a team player! -Works SAFE and EFFICIENTLY and takes INITIATIVE. -RESPECTFUL/COURTEOUS. -Follows directions, requires minimal supervision and is WILLING to continue to learn and shares knowledge with peers. -Reliable, shows up everyday, on time, willing to work long hours, weekends if needed.
