Executive Housekeeper Needed in Brentwood Location: Brentwood Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 8:30 – 4:30 Compensation: $30-$35 hourly (DOE) + Stipend towards health insurance after 90 days, paid vacation and paid holidays A Mr. and Mrs. living in a large home in Brentwood are in need of an Executive Housekeeper! There is already a long time Exec Housekeeper in place, but she is retiring soon. She will train you and work together with you until she officially retires. Please work well with others and be willing to be trained/take direction, but the family is open to you bringing your own systems for the time that she retires and is no longer there. The couple would like to find someone who is VERY detail oriented, loyal, discreet, respects privacy, is self – driven and professional. Ideal person has experience working in high end homes as there are a lot of expensive pieces, antiques, etc. There are beloved pets in the home, so must be comfortable with and love animals! Sometimes the family may need you to stay overnight and house sit/care for the pets. The couple would like to find someone who is happy to take very good loving care of them and their home. There are grownup children who visit. Responsibilities/Requirements: Full charge housekeeping; cleaning, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, bathrooms, ironing and general duties as needed. Keep track of cleaning supplies Deep cleaning a must in all areas of the house Two current aging cats; responsible for general care, feeding & medicating. New dog, dog walks and more cats in the future Must drive & speak English well Must work well with others! NON smoker No fragrances – the family is sensitive to smells Full Covid vaccination is a requirement of employment
