Neighborhood Unitarian Universalist Church of Pasadena seeks part-time custodian General Duties: Performs building and facilities cleaning and maintenance. Locks/unlocks windows & doors. Monitors heating, air, lighting, watering, custodial supplies & equipment, etc. Performs classroom and special event set-up and clean-up. General Qualifications: Minimum of high school education or equivalent preferred Must be extremely punctual, reliable, trustworthy and good with people Able to speak, read, and write in English effectively Ability to carry up to 40lbs Follow oral and written instructions Have reliable transportation Must be a team-player Hours: 10-20 hours per week Evenings and weekends Pay Rate: $15/hr Contact: Eddie Martinez, Facility Manager, with resume: [email protected]
