Looking for a cheap studio area mainly flexible Long Beach or the valley or whatever is affordable. 700-900$ Month to month preferred but lease is also ok. I’m an international student 41y Or open for a room with private bathroom and if possible with private entrance but not necessary. I want to move ASAP. My building got sold
