Female Cat needs home without other pets

Description

This is Momo - short for Molasses - she's a 3-year-old female cat who was a stray hanging around our house for a few months. She's mostly black with white underfur and white stripes show through on her underside and legs and she has orange eyes. She's super silly and playful, loves to talk to you, and loves to head boop; she can be kind of sassy but is very expressive of what she wants, doesn't scratch too so that's a plus. She's really sweet so we decided to take her in before the heat, however, she does not like other cats and dogs as we've tried to integrate her with ours so she needs to be in a loving home by herself in order to live her best life, small children not preferred with her either. We've already had her spayed (left arm and belly shaved still) and vaccinated, tested negative for both Feline HIV and Feline Leukemia, and she is up to date on vaccinations until next year in July. I can share paperwork with those seriously interested in adopting her. She has a crate, a few toys, food dishes plus food, and a litter box set up that I can send home with you, if you wish to pay a small adoption fee you can but we're mainly searching for her to go to a good home.
