Missing Black and White Cat

Our Zippy was last seen around midnight between July 3rd and 4th. He is known to panic at loud noises, but also hates being kept in. He did not come by for breakfast like usual, or at all the day of the 4th, so we were not able to keep him in during the majority of the fireworks. He was wearing a purple collar with a blue star tag with my information on it, but since no one has contacted me it is possible he no longer has it. I can only imagine he would be attempting to claw his way out of anyone else’s house by now. Please let me know if you have seen him. He is somewhat medically complex and needs me to keep an eye on him to avoid complications. He is also a huge grump and does not get along with other cats or children.
