You were biking down North Ave. (on the bridge by Pick n' Save) at just around 3:45 p.m. (Wednesday, just now) and I had to do a U-turn to drive by you again because I did a double-take on you the first time. Unfortunately, you had biked down another street and didn't see where you went. It was so quick, so I don't think I remember fully, but you were wearing a forrest-gump-esque hat (for lack of a better description!!! I swear I mean it nicely!!! It's a great hat!!!), maybe a flannel over another tee, cut off shorts, that's all I have. And you have longer hair. Long shot, but my intention was to give you my number when I drove back the second time!
