WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU As a Tear Off & Shingle Apprentice for us, you go out in the field with our experienced roofers to assist with job completion. As you help them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to install shingles to how to professionally interact with clients. In this position, you assist with running materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment to job sites as needed. You also work with safety in mind at all times as you operate tools and work in a variety of weather conditions and environments. You must be eager to learn and happy to help.
