Seeking a energetic person willing to learn the many services and repair techniques we provide to builders throughout Virginia. We are a Veteran owned family operated subcontractor in Virginia. This full time position offers no night or weekend work! This job is open to all driven individuals. The owner of Pro Bond Inc has been servicing Northern and central VA for over 30 years. We currently have 150+ service contracts with builders throughout northern, central, and southern VA. We are well known for our reliability, quality and customer service. We are growing to new areas every day. We provide Multi-surface restoration, refinishing and porcelain repair for residential, commercial and government buildings. Position: Service Repair Technician Pay: Commission Based - 1/3 of work completed. Huge Opportunity for Growth! Potential to make 60K,80K or more depending on your willingness work hard. Monthly stipend for gas expenses. Training: We will provide complete training in all of our areas of expertise! No specific refinishing experience is needed. Those with familiarity with fiberglass, vinyl and gel coat finishes will be highly considered! Job Description: As a Service Repair Technician for Pro Bond Inc you will be the face of our company in your service area. Your daily responsibilities will include: Completing all assigned appointments for the day, writing and submitting invoices to the main office, recording mileage and commission totals, interacting with superintendents, homeowners, and other trade partners. You will resurface granite, cultured marble, stainless steel, weld vinyl, seal cracks in plastic and fiberglass as well as many other things! All training will be provided. Since we do cover a large area of service, applicants will need a reliable vehicle and may drive between 50-100+ miles per day. We do offer a gas stipend each month. The service area is in Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, Manassas. This is a well established area with many of our current contracts.
