I have a small rental property that needs some love. I am having most of the systems replaced, new windows, siding, etc. I need someone to install a new kitchen, bathroom, fix alot of drywall and redo the trim. Its a 2bed 1 bath single story home of about 650 sq/ft. Carpentry and drywall skills are most needed. OK if you work on it evenings and weekends. I will provide all materials and pay in regular draws as completion benchmarks are made. Please no fly by night, unskilled people. Looking for a construction pro who just needs a side gig. Wage negotiable.
